As Irish as the Shamrock, Maeve carries more than 20 years of teaching English in English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and English for Specific Purposes (ESP). Moreover, she also prepares students for Cambridge official exams like First Certificate and Advanced.
She graduated in Fine Art at Institute of Technology Sligo (Ireland) and in Art and Design Teachers (National College of Art and Design in Dublin). She also has the ESADE’s Advanced Diploma for Teachers of English for Specific Purposes. Besides on working at NELC, Maeve also is a professor at Facultat de Turisme i Direcció Hotelera de la Universitat Ramon Llull. When she is not in class, you will find her with her bike, one of her favourite sports along with swimming.
