Originally from Croydon, South London, Louise studied Psychology at the University of Sheffield. After completing her degree, she decided to stay up north and work in a recruitment agency in order to save up money to go travelling. In 2008 she went backpacking around South and Central America for five months, where she was inspired to learn Spanish.

In 2010, a year after her return to the less exotic Croydon where she worked as a teaching assistant in various secondary schools, she decided to move to warmer climates in order to teach English and learn Spanish.  Since then, she has gained over eight years of English teaching experience in a variety of different contexts including teaching business English.

Tired of the hustle and bustle of city life, she has recently moved to Parets del Vallès and has now turned her hand to learning Catalan.
