Originally from the south west of England, Laura taught in far flung locations such as China and Mexico before bouncing round various countries in Europe, teaching and breaking down communication barriers as she went. When she finally landed in Barcelona, she had already completed her Masters in ELT, which has a special focus on English for Business and Academic Purposes and technology for language learning.
After a stint in academic management during which time she experimented widely with all the wonders that technology has to offer the learner, she decided to return to her first love: teaching. She currently teaches in-company classes in the Barcelona area as well as continuing her collaboration work with various universities worldwide on instructional design projects.
